where POS check-out activities face an increased need for 2D scanning
and at the same time rely on reading mobile phone displays and loyalty
cards.
THE MOST PROMPT RESPONSE AT THE POS CHECK-OUT
The QuickScan 2500 2D imager is your trusted companion at the POS
check-out. It knows very well the importance of prompt readings,
whatever the barcode, regardless of whether it’s hard-to-read, poorly
printed or damaged, and it easily scans mobile devices and through
plexiglass barriers, all at an incredibly affordable price.
EXTREME PRECISION CONVEYED
A sense of extreme precision is conveyed to the operator at any time,
facilitating their job by clearly showing where the scanner is pointing.
From the intuitive blue dot of the QW2500 model, you can even get all
the extra-precision you need with the outstanding aimer of the QD2500
model, made of two blue sharply-defined triangles. Datalogic’s ‘Green
Spot’ technology then confirms the good read, perfectly centered on
the barcode and between the two triangles, backed up by a powerful
beeper that can be adjusted to your preferred level of sound. Overall,
the so red illumination lowers fatigue on the operator’s eyes.
CUTTING-EDGE DESIGN AND FEATURES
Whenever the operator picks up the device, it switches automati-
cally into ‘handheld mode’ for manual reading, thanks to Datalogic’s
advanced Motionix™ motion-sensing technology. A seamless transi-
tion to presentation mode is then offered by the QD2500 model and its
auto-sense capability.
Featuring the distinctive design and family feeling of the Datalogic
general purpose offering of handheld scanners, the QuickScan 2500
series offers a choice of two colors: black and white, and a variety of
stands and accessories to best fit in any in-store environment.
