Woven power cord. A beautiful color-matched woven power cord.

Built to sound bigger.

Jam-packed with innovation, HomePod mini delivers unexpectedly big sound for a speaker of its size. Add more than one HomePod mini for truly expansive sound.

Crisp sound. An Apple-designed full-range driver uses an incredibly powerful neodymium magnet to deliver deep bass and crisp high frequencies.

Computational audio. Boundary-pushing computational audio creates the full, detailed tones of a much larger speaker.

Bass extension. Apple-designed force-cancelling passive radiators give HomePod mini incredible bass extension.

Endless enjoyment.

Get even more out of HomePod mini by adding multiple speakers — and enjoy seamless integration with your other Apple devices.

Multiroom audio. Fill every room with the same music or podcast — seamlessly synchronized throughout your home with HomePod speakers.

iPhone Handoff. If you’re listening on your iPhone and walk into a room with HomePod mini, you can keep the music going without missing a beat. Just bring your iPhone close to HomePod mini to hand off.

Home theater surround sound. Designed to transform any room into a home theater, HomePod speakers wrap you in expansive sound. Combine HomePod mini 2 and HomePod — pair two speakers for stereo sound or four speakers with Apple TV 4K for a surround sound experience.

Sound Glow. Light up the top of HomePod mini 2 with Sound Glow — a light experience featuring colors that match your album artwork and pulse in tune with the music. Play a soundscape and Sound Glow matches the mood.

HomePod as speakers for your Mac. HomePod mini 2 is the ultimate audio companion, delivering room-filling sound for everything you do on your Mac — from watching movies to playing fun games to video calls. With this setup, the connection is more responsive and reliable than ever.

Your personal assistant.

Siri on HomePod mini 2 puts a powerful, AI assistant right at the center of your home. Once set up with your iPhone or iPad, Siri draws on broad world knowledge and your personal context to help you find what you need and get more done every day.

Enjoy more natural conversations, richer answers, and effortless smart home control — while your privacy is protected at every step. Just ask to play your favorite music, check your schedule, or catch up on podcasts, completely hands-free.

Siri, what time did Mom say she was coming over?

Siri, what’s something fun to do nearby?

Hey Siri, play the podcast I was listening to earlier

Your home at your command.

HomePod mini acts as a smart home hub, making it easy to control your smart home accessories hands-free from anywhere.

Home app. When you set up HomePod mini, it’s automatically added to the Home app, and with just your voice you can instantly control any of your HomeKit devices, even while you’re away from home.

Apple Home Collection accessories. Easy-to-use accessories that are simple to set up and that provide a private Apple Home experience. Designed in collaboration with Apple and select brands.

Smart home accessories. HomePod mini acts as a home hub, letting you control your Apple Home Collection, HomeKit, and Matter-enabled accessories remotely. Wherever you go, you can see a live view from the front door, shut your garage, and lock or unlock the house through the Home app.

Intercom. With HomePod mini and Apple Home devices in the house, you can communicate with your family members by voice using Intercom. Ask Siri to send your message to the whole house or to individual rooms — and everyone can easily respond.

Sound Recognition. HomePod mini listens for smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. When an alarm is detected, a critical alert is sent directly to your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Sensors. Built-in sensors can monitor the temperature and humidity in any room. Check on conditions anytime or use the readings to power automations through the Home app.

A speaker that protects your right to privacy.

HomePod mini is designed to keep your personal information safe and be a trusted assistant in your family’s everyday life.

Siri only listens for “Hey Siri” or “Siri” — so you can speak freely knowing nothing you say is sent out of your home until you activate Siri with a touch, or HomePod mini hears the magic words, “Hey Siri” or “Siri.”

With HomeKit Secure Video support, HomePod mini can analyze the feeds of your supported video cameras. All video processing is done right on device before it’s sent end-to-end encrypted to iCloud — so your recordings can only be seen by you and the people you share them with, not Apple.

When you ask Siri something, your request is associated with a random identifier, not your Apple Account.

HomePod mini works with your iPhone for requests like hearing your messages or notes, so they are completed on device without revealing that information to Apple.
