1. Keep a distance of about 50 to 80 cm between your eyes and the screen, which is about an arm's length. The exact distance depends on the size and resolution of your screen. So make sure you position the screen at the right distance for a pleasant viewing experience without strain. (Source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).
2. Make sure the viewing angle from your eyes to the centre of the screen is between -10° and -35°. This is the viewing angle relative to horizontal, where you look straight ahead at 0°. This way, you work in a relaxed, natural posture.

The height adjustment range of the Ergo-Q 330 Circular has six settings and is between 110 mm and 190 mm. Choose the right height for your laptop screen, reduce the viewing distance, and avoid unnecessary bending of neck and back so you don't "dive into the screen".
