Product Description

Convert your existing USB 2.0 Superspeed cable into the 3.1 C type USB with our handy adapter. A small and compact design. Most modern devices nowadays are moving towards the Type C which is capable of upto twice the speed of USB 3.0 connections at upto 10gbps transfer speeds.

With 24 pins connected the USB 3.1 connection is reversible and used for data and video transfers. It can connect to a multitude of devices using HDMI VGA USB 2.0 and 3.0 among other connections. Soon the USB C type will be on almost all new devices but until then adapters like this allow older technology to connect without you having to replace all your cables.

USB 3.0 adapters and cables are backwardly compatible with USB 2.0 however some devices that use USB 3.0 are higher powered and so may not power with a USB 2.0 cable or adapter.
